Minicabsinlondon offer a company account scheme which is operated through our sister company, Top Gear Cars.
Top Gear Cars cover the whole of London like minicabsinlondon. However they also offer a same day courier service with guaranteed delivery to anywhere in the UK on the same day.
Like minicabsinlondon they have Saloons, Estates and 7 seater vehicles. In addition to this they also offer Executive vehicles, Courier Vans and Bikes.
All accounts are controlled by account numbers and bookings cannot be made on the account without first providing the account number. This provides the added security for our clients in knowing that account cannot be misused.
Accounts offer the convenience of one detailed monthly invoice giving a full breakdown of who used the cab, the pick-up and drop-off details and an individual price for each booking. You can also add any booking reference numbers/delivery note numbers to the invoice.
You can download our very simple to complete account application form from the bottom of this page and once completed FAX it back to us on 020 8904 5260. Once receive, we should have your account up and running within 72 hours.
You will receive an Account No. which you will require each time you wish to book a car or courier on account. Please ensure you look after your account no. as without this our telephone operators will not be authorised to accept your bookings on account. This is for your own security.
You can have multiple account numbers for different members of your company if required.
